About the series
I spent a lot of time wandering around Harvard Square during the pandemic, looking up. It's full of buildings looking upwards. Like Oxford, Cambridge is a city of spires.
These are quick studies of those spires executed in egg tempera as I learn the medium. I find that geographic objects help to provide structure to my learning.
